Big Football Event. How to maintain. Share experience.

Dear colleagues,

In three months there will be a big football event in my country - Euro 2012 which brings big profit to the hostels but also arises some difficulties and doubts.

I would appreciate a lot if you share the experience of your work in hostel during some big sports event.
- Did you organize some extra security for your hostel and what was it?
- How did your average price change? I mean was it 3,5,10 times more?:wink-new:
- Did you take a deposit for reservations and how big it was? Was it unrefundable?
- Did you face any unexpected problems and how did you maintain?
