What sheets are bettter

Hello to all.

I am just starting a hostel in Belgrade, Serbia. Among other problems, I have no idea what sheets to use, the ones that need ironing or the that do not need ironing. No much deference in price, but it is cheaper if you don't iron sheets. On the other side, ironed sheets are top class service...Any advice? Thnx
