Hello everyone! I was wondering how a standard lease contract with a landlord with a view to run the property as a hostel should look like? I would especially like to know how long the length of an initial contract should be. How much of a notice period is reasonable to expect? Also should there be any exit-clauses for me the or the landlord if the business is not going to plan?

its just simple contract same with any contract, like contract of lease..rates should be incorporated and the yearly increase should be stipulated also. The inclusions of your rent like water and light, some would add without the other knowing it. Basic requirement should be stipulated to avoid comflict.
