We have put our Hostel in Barcelona for sale, its all legal(has got the authorizations of city council and consell comarcal, which are the two bodies in charge of hostels in Catalunya) 96beds, 16 rooms. One of them ensuite, has a very pleasant atmosphere, nice terraces, great lounge, solar panels, located in a very friendly neighborhood.
700sqmts, divided in 3 floors with lift, possibility to get a very nice flat on the top of the building

The reason to sale it is because we are a hostels growing company (yes I know, we are crazy, its time to pack in,but....)and we found out 96 beds gives hostel gives you the same amount of work than a 250beds
