Hi, me and my partner are looking for an existing hostel to buy, ideally in central-south america. Other locations might be evaluated as well, if the environment and the weather are nice.

Hi there,

My hostel is currently the top rated in Veracruz, Mexico with 50 beds and 3 hammocks in a beautiful Art Deco Spanish mansion.

My asking price is 150k (including 19k in water, fees and rent prepaid) so if you are interested in Mexico, I'm sure we could work something out.
