I am interested to have a look at your hostel.I live in NI.
Can you please send me accounts for last three years so I can get a feel for the business?
I am sure given the location that the Hostel is seasonal and if you had a monthly cash flow this would help with the decision process

Thanks for spending so much time reading my post before replying and asking for financials. Its really appreciated and certainly helps to convince me that you are actually interested in buying.... As apposed to just trawling and email everyone with a copy and pate reply asking for private information.
I can not provide you with the last 3 years worth of financial...... Maily because in my post i clearly mention that the hostel is only 2 years old

Not sure about your response and it's implications > I read your insertion email and I responded in good faith.
I have no intention of giving anyone access to your private business. As with any purchase It is only fair and perfectly reasonable that I ask for financial detail to help value the purchase.
I am sorry if you felt that in any way my response was not genuine.
