I live in London and have a lot of experience in the Hotel trade.

Looking to rent 8-10 bedroom Hostel B&B with intent to purchase in London, Paris, Berlin, Prague, other locations considered.

Hiya There,

London, Paris, Berlin yeah fine, BUT have you ever thought of Transylvania. I have an award winning boutique hostel for sale with real estate and all. We are number one in the Lonely Planet 2013 and business in the Balkans and Eastern Europe is really on the up as so many backpackers from Australia and the US and world-wide say they can no longer afford Paris, Berlin London etc. I am Irish and have been here 5 years and although I had a great time and business is great and the city is lovely, I am returning to Ireland for my kids to start school there.
