My name is Benedict and I would like to open an hostel possibly in Portugal but I'm open to other countries. I have been traveling all my life and it's now time to start a new adventure. I have a business plan and experience in working in hostels and some money to invest. I'm just looking for a person in my same position that want to start a new project, is laid back and have some money to invest.

I have been looking to put it up a hostel for the last 2 years and now i finally have enough to invest on it, but i still believe that with higher investment it's possible to pu it up a better and bigger hostel. If you want, you can send a PM so we can talk about it.
I have been looking on Barcelona though. That's a market that it might look too busy but it's not. So let me know if you are interested.

Dears, as you maight allready know I am looking for a business partner in order to run a Business (hostel and not only)... Together with my wife we are thinking about Central America or Canary Islands.
Please I would need to know how much would cost a property big enough to have at least 10 beds. A would prefere if the property has also a bit of land and close to the sea (I've got many ideas).
Looking on the normal property web pages I can see prices incredibly high.
Who is able to provide the information that I am looking for?

If someone is interested, my partner is selling his share(50%) of the Eco Hostel Republik. Hostel is brand new and so far we had an amazing feedback from the guests. All items, beds mattresses, towels, bed linens are the best quality and all the furniture is made of euro pallets, interior is decorated with original military items, ammo cases, wardrobes... We opened hostel in september this year and i would be very happy to have partner who is passionate about meeting new people and creating the best hostel in Serbia.
