Affiliates system by Hostelworld and Hostelbookers

Hi.
In the last few years we have been using Hostelworld affiliate system to provide a booking engine for our hostel chain (www.hostels-israel.com). Weused their White Lable solution which is basic but decent.
We've just re-built our website and wanted Hostelworld to update the white lable with our new website design. It was really hard to get a straight answer from them but finally we got a comment that they no longer support the white lable solution for affiliates. Obviously that's a big problem for us after finishing all the work on the website and having to do further development for a new solution.

Anyone else having a problem with them?

Any idea for a good white label affiliate booking engine for hostel chains (not for a single hostel)?
