Hi ROAMhostels,

I think there is a hostel for sale in Burlington Vermont. It seems as if it has been on the market for some time, and is a lease option rather than owning the building and business. Something to consider.

How large hostel You had in mind ?
how much $$ are You planning to spend per bed and when do You plan to start operating ?
I do not have a capital ( yet) but have a good plan for hostel in Boston
(number of beds, size, zoning,hostel regulations, transportation, etc)
Probably we can continue with PM
