Understanding trends in the community - a hostel wide survey

Hi all,

We've started a new survey which we will be conducting on a monthly basis to better understand the trends in the hostel industry. This will allow us view info as it stands, but also how it compares to the previous month and (when we get enough data) the previous year.

This survey asks a bit your hostel (not all trends apply across the whole industry), your customers, what your hostel offers, social media usage and also about your business processes. We're already seeing some interesting information coming through but we need your help to make our results as robust as possible!
