Star hostel Belgrade - on sale!

Hello to everyone interested in managing a hostel,
We have decided to sell our place.
We lost our enthusiasm to do this, we got old and the guests are still the same age :)
We have done it for 9years straight!
We had loads of fun, met a lot of great people, got drunk soooo many times, partied and we hope that you might want to do that too!
Belgrade is a growing city, with a lot of festivals, parties and sooo much more. Check out the stats and you will see, it has a steady growth of tourists, per year.

We have a fully equipped hostel. When i say fully equipped i mean everything and extra.
5 rooms - 2bed, 3bed, 6bed, 8 bed and basement turned into a room for 2-3-4 people.
Equipment: 20beds + extra beds not being used. Blankets times two, extra pillows, linen...
40 inch TV, Xbox, DVD, desktop PC, 5.1 speakers, wardrobe, lockers for each bed with keys to front door...
Extra heating radiators and air-cons.

On top of that we have a web page which works perfectly. It is one of the top 5hostel pages in Belgrade.
Try it out - google "hostels in Belgrade" see how high will it show, on google and maps - compering it to other hostel pages.

Basically you can take over a fully functioning hostel, and start receiving customers right away.
On top of that, we have a membership, in Balkans Best Hostels, that cant be bought! Only invited hostels can join. Check that list out too, those are our partners that send us guests. That network will grow more over the years.

What needs investment: some work with bathrooms could be done. the tiles in the lower one. The Loft, where is our storage, can be turned into a room(for staff), if a window was installed.
Otherwise it is good to go.

What we ask for all this is 6.000€ for all of it. If you want you can buy it all and move the hostel as well, to location you find more suitable, keep the name, the web page and our contacts which are most valuable.

Rent is payed to landlord, separately, and the costs(internet, phone, electricity, water)are about 150€ a month.
