hostel has been refurbished in May 2013: all plumbing and all electricity are new (I can show you papers).
We have 5 large dorm rooms, 1 storage area, 4 toilets, a big common are, 4 showers and a staff/manager room.
Hostel comes complete with linen, beds, computers, excellent wi-fi set-up, security cameras, lockers etc
40 to 45 beds.
Location: close to underground and walking distance to all tourist attractions and nightlife district.
Sale price 55 000 euro, includes log, some data on past operations, help with change of ownership.
Staff and manager are willing to remain if needed.
We can also leave the hostel name that is well known and respected in the field but at certain terms and conditions. On booking engines we are rated on average between 88 and 92%.
Rent is very low and secured for long term.
We had inspectors come from tourism department and never had problems.
I`m in no rush to sell as we are still open as today the 14th of July we are looking at an occupancy of 85% for this month. I think it will grow to 90-95%
