New hostel start up in Europe

Hi

We are new hospitality company in Europe who has recently started small boutique hostel successfully operating in Budapest .In desire for expansion we are looking to start 2nd project for mid size hostel anywhere between 60 to 100 Beds in any upcoming cities in Europe .

We do NOT want to start in too saturated & expensive markets like France ,Italy ,Germany .We would be interested in any of these markets Portugal ,Spain, Prague ,Netherlands,Estonia,Latvia,Bulgaria ,Montenegro ,Slovenia etc.
