1st LGBT Hostel Chain in the USA - On the Lookout for Excellent Hostel Manager and Staff

Hi everyone,

My name is Oneil. I'm working feverishly to launch Thrust, the very 1st LGBT hostel chain in the United States and around the globe. Thrust Hostels will be a very chic, eco-friendly and budget-conscious chain of hostels with a focus on giving LGBT travelers a home away from home on their travels. I have zero background in the hosteling or hospitality industry and so my leadership team and I need to find an awesome hostel manager and hostel staff for our very 1st location in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We also need all the help we can get to avoid a lot of the pitfalls that can easily plague our business. We certainly don't want to fail before we ever begin. We welcome advice, suggestions, feedback in any form we can get it. Our plan is to launch the Fort Lauderdale location in either summer of 2015 or Spring of 2016, and then branch out across the USA and around the globe, once the 1st location is successfully up and running. We definitely want to work within the hostel community to accomplish this goal because we know it won't be easy. We also want this to be a collaborative effort rather than a competitive effort. I was so relieved to come across your site because I wasn't sure that anything like this existed and I've been reading up to understand more about OTAs, channel managers and a lot of concepts with which I was heretofore unfamilar.
