We are all aware by now that yes you have found those hostel bunk beds but they are half way round the world! with the cost of buying them, shipping them, import taxes it seems like everyone wants a piece of your investment capitol before you even get your hostel bunk beds!

Yes you could very well pop down to your local Ikea or corner furniture store but sadly through experience we have seen hostel owners investment sadly laying out on the front lawn in a pile, unuseable, broken and only fit for the scap metal merchants or the rubbish tip!

Choosing hostel bunk beds needs extreme caution! Most bunk beds on the market no matter where you are in the world are designed for the domestic markets and usually only carry a quationable 1 year warrantee. Mattresses and pillows are the same, you would not use a cheap tool to do a professional job so why choose domestic products in a commercial environment? God bless our backpackers, we love them, but do they love your investment as much as you do? a few beers, a few laughs and before you know it they are having a ball swinging from your hostel bunk bed!

At check out time you are left to repair or dispose of the now dangerous bunk bed or even soiled mattress!
