The owners at The Midland Hostel in Bucharest, Romania have decided to sell a 26-28 bed hostel business, including all equipment. The hostel is fully licensed and is a turnkey operation - complete with staff, manager, and accountant. The rented space for the hostel is composed of a single floor with bathroom, 4-bed dorm, 8-bed dorm, 12-bed dorm, kitchen, and common area. One floor down is a private room that sleeps 2-4. The floor above has a small room used for laundry/storage.
