I'm writing in addition to my previous post in business partners section. We were thinking a lot about an oportunity to buying an existing hostel but realized that it's not exactly for us as we are already 6 years in this business, we will come with our own name and won't need any existing website listings or anything like that, we'll make our own design anyway so no equipment and furnishing needed, but a lease right for a nice property and a license - those two things we value. So if by any chance you have a very run down hostel but in a great location (and bigger than 300 sq.m) - we are interested to take over!)

An Hostel in Lisbon is interesting for you?
Besides one of the bests nightlife in Europe there are many beaches near Lisbon (30 to 45 minutes from Lisbon city center).
We are selling ours located in the heart of Lisbon.
