Due to family reason I have to sell my lovely Hostel.
The monthly rent is 9000 MXN only and The bills are an additional 950 MXN pcm.
The hostel accommodates 14 beds. 3 stunning Double rooms and 2 x 4 dorms.
We are listed on Hostelworld and currently ranking in 2nd place.
Hostel comes with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bicycles, linen, new beds etc
Occupancy in high season is 100% and low season 50%. Hostelworld rating 95%.

Asking price is US$ 20,000.
