Hey everyone. I am looking for an opportunity to open a Hostel in Nicaragua or Guatemala.
I'm open to others but I loved these 2 places in my travels.
I am looking to try and get in this season but if the chips don't fall I won't lose any sleep.
I have been in hospitality my whole life working at hotels and running various restaurants.
I would be open to a lease to own situation if the terms were reasonable.

I am looking to purchase a colonial building in Leon Nicaragua to be turned into a hostel or B & B. I would be interested in partnering with someone to develop/manage it. Or lease the building I buy to develop into a hostel. There are several properties that would work, but all need work so unlikely to be up and running within 6 months.

Even if you or anyone else is interested, please contact. I am only in Nicaragua a couple of months out of a year so can't run the business myself.
