Hostel for sale (total or share) in Sao Paulo, Brazil

One of the first hostels in Sao Paulo, been running sucessfuly for almost 8 years. Amazing location really close to Paulista Avenue. Very well ranked on all sites (Tripadvisor, Hostelworld, booking, etc...), mentioned on Lonely planet since we opened. 

1. 6 Shared Dorms, 1 Private Room. Up to 42 people as of now.
2. Great kitchen
3. Spacious backyard / social area
4. Big house, you can get creative
5. Parking space
6. Everything else...

I've been the solely owner since opening, but now it's taking a toll on me. One idea is to sell completely, brand included, or a part of it, from 40-80%. 

Owning a hostel is not for everyone, so Im looking for someone really passionate about the idea and interested in working hard. 

Being a great hostel is key to having clients. 

Average Occupancy: 60%

Net Profit: R$ 10-15K (monthly)
