Hey Guys,
Anybody interested in running their own Hostel this would be a pretty easy way to get started.
We are looking into renting out our hostel to a third party, its 25 bed in a popular tourist area in Ireland.
Rent per month would be about 800/900 per month.
At 100% capacity monthly revenue would be 13000
Its got twin rooms, double rooms, dorms, and one family room.
It's got a big kitchen, common room and verandah.
Beds/bed linen/kitchen appliances/laundey facilities are already in place
Its pretty much turnkey, but it is a blank canvas and has an opportunity for someone to put their own stamp on it.
