Looking to Buy a Hostel in São Paulo

im looking to buy an exsisting hostel business(not the property) with a good condition and location in São Paulo .

Must have the operating licenses and i prefer to be near to av.paulista and close to subway station.

any suggestion on leasing properties or new ideas would be much appreciated .
