By the way, we do not sell the business. We sell the real estate: 2 Houses fully furnished, 16 hectares land...everything is included except the hostel´s name. The new owner only has to change the hostel´s name and change the name on the licenses and can start to receive guests tomorrow because all is ready to use. Everything here was designed under ecological criteria.The new owner may follow the same eco-style and/or maybe open a lovely B&B, hostel, farm, cabins.., who knows?, lots of possibilities...
