Looking to buy a hostel in the Ukraine

I'm interested in buying an existing hostel in the Ukraine.  

I'd also consider purchasing a hostel in Poland or Romania.  

I'd prefer if the property was included in the purchase, but I might consider a lease.

30 to 50 beds would be ideal.
