El Cielo is a beautiful, cozy hostel located in the greenest and most tranquil neighbourhood of Montanita, the most famous surf and party spot in Ecuador.

The hostel's online reputation is impeccable with first place on Booking.com, second on TripAdvisor and third (for two years first) on Hostelworld. El Cielo's total capacity is 13 people with an additional studio flat that can be used either for 5 extra guests, volunteers or for the manager to live in. Vast majority of our guests are European and North American which makes the season for our hostel last from December until October and enables generating substantial profit. Various holidays (Christmas, New Years Eve, Carnaval, Easter etc) also provide an excellent opportunity to make great income as prices double and triple in those periods. 

The hostel consists of a lovely rustic house with 2 dorm rooms, 2 private rooms, gorgeous bamboo terrace, extra studio flat for up to 5 people, several bathrooms, spacious communal kitchen, large common area with tables, sofas and hammocks, a shed and laundry area, a garden filled with papaya trees and passion fruit (giving fruit all year long), parking space and a 300m plot of extra land to be used for further investment.
