Buying a Hostel in Peru - Lima/Cusco

Hi there,

My partners and I are looking to purchase an existing hostel or a property that can be easily converted into a hostel in Peru, preferably in Lima or Cusco. 

Ideally, we are looking for a mid-sized property that can fit ~ 100-150 beds, has/can have a kitchen and a bar. However, we are flexible and would be interested in seeing all types of properties that anyone may have for sale.
