Average occupancy in Chiang Mai

Hostel owners in Thailand, I would appreciate your pearls of wisdom please. Can anyone tell me what the yearly average occupancy is in Chiang Mai? Bank of Thailand tourism Indicators suggest HOTEL occupancy in the north is around 60%, but I’m not sure if this applies to the hostel industry too! Thank you
