Hostel, beachfront, Mahahual, for sale

Me and my girlfriend built Bambu Hostel Mahahual last year, we opened november 14th, 2016.

We would like now to move on, and travel, before the next project,

Mahahual is a small growing town, in the earth of Sian Kaan Reserve. There is a natural reef, and the best beaches in Mexico.

We opened an hostel seafront in the center of the town, from the dorm you can see the sunrise on the sea, and you receive the breeze from the sea, so no mosquitos

24 persons total. 2x10 in the dorms, 2x2 private rooms. 

6 persons extras in the roof of the dorm, generally used for staff/friends, but possible build a rustic private room.

And a tower with private bathroom., where me and my girlfriend actually lives. It's the highest point in Mahahual, with a 360degrees view/windows. It should be possible/convenient to make a luxury dorm for 8 people, We got 70/100% occupancy in low season and 100% in high season. We have insurance against hurricanes/fires payed for the next 6 months.

Rent is the lowest you can imagine, 1/10th of the one you see in the others announcements.
