Hi Anouk,
I am interested in finding out more. I am moving to Colombia on January 15th, initially on a tourist visa but with a view to buying a business (hostel) and settling there, ideally Santa Marta.
I would like to meet you if that's OK when I visit. I've also dropped Matt an email as he was looking for a hostel to buy, with a view to a possible partnership as I also have capital.

1) Type of rooms (private, dorms, etc.)
2) Monthly or yearly sales
3) Monthly or yearly expenses (by type of expense)
4) Net profit (after paying everything)
