My name is Tim and iam new at this forum, i have been living in Peru for the last 4 years and my origin is Sweden.
At the moment im looking to start a Hostal/Hotel in Cusco , and would like to get as much information about the subject as possible. Prices, rules, traps etc etc.
I live in the north or Peru in Piura (close to mancora) so i will just be short period of times in Cusco looking for a property.

Maybe you know someone who has propertys? or maybe you been a hostal owner in Peru and know what there is to expect for a new hostal owner.
