Start a hostel (preferably) in san cristobal de las casas, chiapas

Hi,

I am looking to rent a place to open a hostel (preferably) in san cristobal de las casas, chiapas, mexico.

The place must have 5+ rooms (more the merrier) and the closer to centro it is the better.

I already have a partner with whom I will be sharing all the expenses,

Also we are open to have a third partner, who can help us start and expand.

We currently live in Mexico city and speak both english and spanish fluently.

Any kind of help will be appreciated.

PS: San Cristobal is our first choice but we are open to have a chat about other places too.
