I've expanded too much and I need to slow down! I'm just too busy to run all our businesses so I'm offering a few for sale and will consider selling one or two.      - Small Market Restaurant Stall:

Situated in a main market on the island, standard small stall for food service. Gets tons of traffic in high season. Ideal for simple food service - lots of gimmicks and styles of food missing from this market. We'd be happy to work with you on ideas and themes, we just don't have the time and staff to implement them ourselves. Low rent and bills, a low overhead business. You won't get rich doing this, but it's an easy small business to start and maintain. Yearly lease, owner prefers long-term renters.

     - Small Market Cocktail Bar:

Also in a main market on the island, this bar is the biggest in the market, with unique positioning - the only bar with private seating area. If run well, could be a popular theme bar (can discuss ideas already in the works). A frequent stop on a pub crawl, which guarantees some regular income. All set up and functional, though improvements can be suggested and made. Yearly lease, owner prefers long-term renters.

     - Large Budget Backpacker Hostel

Grown from a small hostel, can be operated in many different configurations. Currently 7 small rooms used as dorms, privates and staff rooming, and 4 large rooms used as large dorms. Could house an estimated maximum of 90 people with all-dorms and current design plans, currently holds 50. With some unique features in place and in progress, it's consistently popular. Fully functional and profitable as a budget hostel, but with investment could be upgraded to command a higher nightly rate as well. Some TLC recommended. Right in the center of Haad Rin, 95-bed party hostel and bar in the middle of the Full Moon Party! One of the biggest parties off the main beach, bar and hostel are fully functional, successful and profitable. Currently being upgraded as well, so income will increase and popularity will grow. Busy bar with fully stocked bar and supply room, multiple large display fridges, bar and patio furniture, bucket bar for additional walk-by business.
