We bought a surf hostel in Punta del Este, Uruguay in 2013. It is across the street from the lagoon/ocean in the beach town of La Barra.
Super hip, high-end vacation spot for Europeans, Americans (more and more) and South Americans. Not an inexpensive area, for sure.
We loved the idea of owning a hostel, surfing and "anything water." We planned on moving permanently to Punta del Este (as we also have a
home there), but then our business in the States went in a different direction and our dreams were put on hold. At least for a few more years.
We have two very unique properties (one that was serving as a hostel) and the other a few blocks away that could be a wonderful hostel.
We would like to see the properties developed into hostels and would be interested in leasing or selling one of them for this purpose. Perhaps, a rent-to-own or just
a lease. A hostel business in this area could be seasonal or year round. Please contact me with questions and further discussion.

Yes, Please give me a week for updated photos. My husband is there finishing up the parrilla. I will locate the last income performa for the hostel that was working in 2013.
