Hi everybody!

I'm offering for leasing my colonial house located right in the heart of Bogota's historic center. It is available and perfectly adecuated to set up an accomodation business (hostel, students residence, etc).

This three stories house has: 11 bedrooms, 1 store room, 6 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with a chimeney, laundry room and an amazing roof top with barbecue area !

I've had a hostel for over 7 years in this house but I've decided to move out of the country for personal and family reasons...
