Our business is situated on 0.87 acres of flat, easy to build land! We are just a 5 minutes walk from the breathaking Playa Santana in Popoyo (Nicaragua). We are located on the main road to Playa Santana. The property is huge and has 2 large connecting Rancho structures in the middle which overlook the pool and rest of the property. We have a large bar, a great little kitchen, 4 spacious dorm rooms and an incredible swimming pool. There is also 2 outdoor showers and 2 outdoor bathrooms. There is lots of space for plants to grow (we have coconut trees all over the property and many other exotic plants like papaya, banana ect...Lastly, there is plenty of room to build either a few private bungalows (3-4 perhaps) and even a small house on the property if you have a big vision!
One of the main concerns in Nicaragua is water supply and don't worry, we have that covered too. We have a water well on our property with plenty of water in it which constantly feeds our water tanks and all septic systems ect....
Breakdown
1. 4 spacious and nice dorm rooms. Each dorm currently has 4 beautiful, hand-made bunk beds in each of them (8 guests per dorm). Each dorm has 2 bathrooms with 2 showers. Very Ideal for guests.
- 32 beds in total, 8 bathrooms/sinks and 8 showers in the dorms. These can easily become converted into private rooms if need be.
-storage lockers in each dorm room.
2. Beautiful and Large Pool.
3. 2 massive large rancho structures where guests can hang out at the bar and do yoga,watch the sunset, dance ect...and also reception.
4. Kitchen, full appliances, everything one needs to fully serve food to guests.
5. Large bar underneath the rancho structure. (bar counter is concrete and sturdy, with two sinks) 2 storage unites in the rancho for supplies and beverages.
