Hey guys,
I'm Mark from Mark's Hostel in Tbilisi, Georgia. I'm quite new (August 2019) and quite small (18 beds), but super happy to be living my dream after thinking about it for over ten years. I'm also super grateful to the Hostel Management team and members for providing so much information. It helped me a lot during my preparations, so thanks to everyone who participates in the forum.
My hostel is going well so far. I got really lucky with location and rent an old property right in the city center. Still have tons to learn and make new mistakes everyday. lol. And it's exhausting, right?
Anyway, just came back to this site after a while and saw this section so wanted to say hi and thanks. If you hostel owners are ever in Tbilisi, hit me up. I'd love to show you my place and hear your opinions and ideas.

If anyone is making a trip through Tbilisi, I can confirm that Mark's Hostel is a cozy intimate place with all the heart and soul of an old school backpacker hostel. It's a perfect success story to encourage anyone who has been thinking of opening their own hostel to take the plunge.
