Hello everybody,

We are looking for a new hostel to continue our expansion program. We currently have Hostels in Spain and Italy. Interested in any destination with preferences in Italy (Rome, Florence, Naples, Bologna, Venice), Spain (Barcelona, Madrid), France (Paris), Great Britain (London), Germany (Berlin), Austria (Vienna), Stockholm, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Prague, Oporto etc...

We are not looking for small hostels, preferably hostels with more than 80 beds

Hi, I've a building in Granada, with 15 apartments in one of the most centric street of the city. Potentially space for 90 beds. Now i'm running them as touristic apartments all with bathroom and kitchen. I'm asking 200.000€ for the activity and around 8000/9000€ monthly of rent for the building. Let me know if you could be interested
