Sumbawa

Costa Rica

Portugal

Anywhere warm with consistent surf and nice beaches

The locations is crucial and must provide:

Walking distance to the beach

Good consistent surf within walking distance and by boat

Good beaches for non-surfers

I am open to:

Existing sites/business

Old sites that need to be enhanced

Land that needs to be developed

I am able to commence immediately if the right site is found
