You realize when you say 40 Guest and 240.000e per year turnover that means you are FULLY booked 100% of of the rooms and each and every bed for ALL DAYS IN THE YEAR if the price is 20e per person.
I do NOT believe that unless you show proof. BUYERS BEWARE!
Especially if you have just 1 big bathroom for everyone....

The data in the add it is just general data. Our prices range from 20 to 35 euros depending on the dates and also room type. We do have more than one bathroom. A common one with 3 showers, 3 toilets and 3 sinks + two rooms ensuite. We do also have a bar in the hostel which is also an income for the business and yes, we are usually fully book since Granada it is a premium destination with the Alhambra (the second most visited monument in Europe).

Hello Krystina, happy new year! the price has been established according to the value of the house, this is a real state opportunity because what it is more valuable in this operation it is the property itself for its character and location. Find attached the last value estimation we have received just for the house, for the building, without taking into consideration the hostel business. Nevertheless thanks for your interest :)
