New hostel in Prague / general hostel business help!

Ahoj! I am considering opening a hostel in Prague, in a three-floor building that could accommodate six rooms and 22 heads. I would appreciate any advice about opening a hostel such as:

- Does buying a (commerical) building require a bank loan?

- Would the hostel have its own bank account, and would this be classed as a business account?
