Looking at a hostel start up

I'm seriously considering possibly leasing and running a hostel in Budapest may be in the next  6 months of January 2022.

I'm Irish 30 quantity surveyor living in Galway and a keen traveller but have always loved Budapest some hostels who've had lease agreements when I've tried to contact the owner it would say that the server is no longer in use strange!!

I would just like to get information on the costs involves in running besides rent ie fixed costs and variable costs heating electricity bed linen etc what would be the best way in getting in contact with a hostel which is looking for proprietors to lease or sell hostelmanagement.com/ seems to have lots of very old listings.
