Leasing hostel property from Portugal?

Hi!

I'm establishing a coliving hotel in Portugal within the next 3-6 months and I'm currently looking for suitable properties with owners looking to get into a leasing contract. A hostel property has a great layout for conversion.

Rough requirements for property: 

- 15-35 bedrooms (60-70% of floor size for bedrooms)

- Coastal location

- Furniture and equipment including for the lease.
