Hi everyone,
My name Mendel, I’m 23 years old and from Brooklyn, New York.
2 years ago I took look at my life and realized i need a hard reset. So i decided to take 2 month solo trip in central America……I ended up doing a 14 backpacking that took me from Central America to Asia and Australia. The trip, the people the places deeply changed me forever.
Now, I want to bring that experience back home, and I’ve got my sights set on opening a ski hostel in the States. While I do have some basic experience (I managed the operations of a hostel in Koh Phangan, Thailand for 4 months). I definitely have a tone to learn.
With that said, any and all tips and insight are welcome and very appreciated, I wan to soak up everything that I can.

Hey Mendel! We have a hostel in Colorado and have a Work for Stay program. If you want to come learn the ins and outs of running a hostel during the summer (lots of backpackers) or during ski season, its a great way to do it. Feel free to reach out.
