Guest Safety & Security Discussion Questions
- Do you screen guests before checking them in? If so, what are two or three things you look for that make you say yes or no?
- How do you deal with a problem guest? Give an example of an issue you have had in the past and how you dealt with it.
- If you have to ask a guest to leave, how does that conversation go? (What words do you use, how do guests generally react, etc.)
