The 10 Worst Hotels and Motels in the US?

I just stumbled across an article called The 10 Worst Hotels and Motels in America. It isn't about hostels, but it's interesting to see how bad things can get... :)

Some excerpts:

...pillows smelled like smoke and greasy hair.

...cobwebs, dead bugs in the room, grime on the carpet, and cigarette burns on the bedding.

...holes in the sheets, worms on the floor, hair in the shower, and a 'high' receptionist. 'You’ll sleep better in a dumpster,' wrote one reviewer.
