Average booked capacity?

Hey,

I'm thinking of starting up a hostel in Asia and I was wondering (I'm just trying to do research before actually committing myself to something that sounds a bit insane at the outset) what the average numbers were for you already-experienced Hostel Owners!

Basically, I'm curious as to how many beds are filled in your hostel- 90% capacity during tourist season, 50% during off? That kind of thing.

I'm also curious to know which kinds of rooms/beds are more frequently requested- dormitories for people in groups, dormitories for people travelling alone, twin rooms, etc.
