Im toying with the idea of opening a hostel in Borsa Romania,its an ideal location with mountaineering and trecking in the summer and skiing in the winter.The nearest hostel is mine in Sighet or the one in Succeava 80 klm away.The problem is money as always but in terms of investment propperty is very reasonably priced.What am i offering experience of runing a hostel and an understanding of the Romanian system.

The hostel at least initialy i envisage being in the region of 25 beds depending on design incorperateing a couple of doubles so we are looking at a five bed propperty to include kitchen and reception area. To build from new is to costly here so looking at an older property with potential for interior re-design may be the better option. Is Borsa as touristic as Sigishoara ?
I know that to run the hostel in Romania you need a lot of papers ( there is a strict restriction and rules for the hostel running in Romania )
but what are the proves that the place has a potential and tourism ?
in that area there are a lot of small towns which are quite touristic and might be will be more popular tourists destinations in the future ...
