A few users have let me know about a bug when they try to search the site. I'm about to do a software upgrade that should fix it, but I have to take the Forum offline for about 20 minutes.
If you see a message today about the site being offline, it will be back soon...

Is anyone still seeing this permissions bug? I've temporarily disabled the plugin system to see if that helps.

My hitting 'New Posts' just now threw up a whole load of posts that I'd previously seen in early November - go figure!

Sorry about that. I saw 9 unread posts yesterday, and now there are 141 unread posts today, but they are not new. The vBulletin software is a mess and it keeps getting buggier.
I definitely need to migrate the software ASAP, but it's going to be complicated. I'm trying to figure out a way to do it ASAP.

Very sorry that this is still unresolved. The bug is something that I can't fix by myself, and I'm working on a way to get the software migration done.
I'll post more news soon...

The search function and Find Latest Posts work for me. Thanks and so much easier to navigate around and find information on the site again!
