we have 3 hostels and 2 more should open by mid 2013. We are looking for more projects, properties and business partners.

We are also selling a maximum of 20% of X Hostel Bucharest. We just opened 3 months ago: 100 beds (dorms and hotel rooms), large pub, on 1100sqm in a 1917 villa in the center of the city. Best would be a managing partner who wants to live here or a silent investor. We don't want to sell but we need cash for the next projects. Price in private messages and it's not negotiable.
